Terms & Conditions - Salon Services 

 

A 10% deposit is required to secure all salon appointments at the time of booking.

 

Deposits are refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment date; however, deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled appointment.

Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if the original appointment is rescheduled. Deposits are also non-refundable for late cancellations (less than 5 days before the appointment) or no-shows.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions - Wedding bookings

 

A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking for all wedding services.

Deposits are refundable up to one month prior to the wedding date.

Final payment is due one month before the wedding date.

If the booking is cancelled less than one month prior to the wedding, the deposit is non-refundable. By confirming your wedding booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Late Arrivals:

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time.

Allergies & Sensitivities:

Please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment, particularly regarding hair products or treatments.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable 

Personal Items:

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items while on the premises.
